The process for us to take care of the inspections on your behalf has been kept as straightforward as possible, to save you time and money. Your office simply sends us a list of properties due for inspection, we prepare a draft schedule for your approval. Once approved you (or us if you prefer) issue the required Entry Notice.

On the day our professionally presented inspector arrives to your office at an agreed time to collect the keys and returns them to your office after completing the inspections. The inspector will take the time to brief you on the days inspections.

It’s as easy as that!
